This year has been a very successful one for our school. We achieved our Level 3 for Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing. This would not have been possible if it had not have been for our fantastic Parent Ambassadors. They have worked hard in trying to improve the wellbeing of the school community. We started with a Take 5 talk at the beginning of the year delivered by Valerie Crozier-Nicholl who was fantastic. In the new year we started our Walking Club which takes place on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. The conversation cafe ran for a few weeks after Easter in the school canteen. Finally the main event took place on April 20th, our Wellbeing Day. It was an amazing day with many local charities and businesses highlighting how the Dungiven area looks after the wellbeing of its residents. We are already in talks with Dungiven Mens Shed for next year and hopefully we can build more connections to provide more events for our school community.
