Kate McLaughlin, a past pupil of our school, visited the school on Thursday morning to teach the Primary 4 to Primary 7 pupils some Mandarin Chinese. Kate is studying Mandarin and Spanish at Newcastle University. She was amazed at the enthusiasm and ability of the pupils and couldn’t believe how easily they picked it up. She hopes to visit again later in the term. We wish her all the best in her studies.
